Not only did the receptionist go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, but the immaculate room with its comfortable sitting area and stunning mountain views truly exceeded my expectations. The soundproofed rooms were a blessing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep despite a late-night party nearby. The attentive staff arranged an early breakfast for us seamlessly, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. I was also impressed by the convenient location above a shopping mall, making it easy to restock supplies for our journey through Bosnia.
